Our Process

Columbia Healthcare Analytics will perform all work, once access to medical record information is provided, and all current work performed by hospital staff will disappear.

We anonymize data so that no patient, provider, and facility identifying information is displayed. Patient case data is displayed in an efficient manner, so that charts may be reviewed in a matter of minutes. Anonymized cases may be reviewed by any number of reviewers, in a matter of minutes, to generate rapid expert consensus opinions. 

We do not tell physicians what to do, but instead give physicians an opportunity to review their case management and view case management suggestions.

Physician case management feedback is confidential, to avoid embarrassment, defensive reaction, and anger. Physician engagement is optimized using proprietary gamification strategies, in which physicians are rewarded for providing better care.
