To build a uniform external review network (ERN) that engages all providers to perform collaborative utilization and medical peer review through an educational, standardized, objective, and critical process.
An ERN will help achieve a level of transparency in our healthcare system which is currently lacking and provide real solutions to address healthcare quality, patient safety and out-of-control costs afflicting our healthcare system.
